We are an award winning artisan bakery based on Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire. We bake everything on site, from sourdough breads to pastries and of course, strudels, fresh, every morning, using locally sourced ingredients.
We started out in 2016 baking from home and selling at markets and supplying cafes. As we started to get busier and outgrow our little kitchen and oven, the opportunity of a shop came along. We took on the challenge and opened our bakery in February 2018. In our first year, we won Bakery of the Year, an all Ireland competition run by Oceanic Independent Retailer of the Year.
