Dalkey Castle is one of the seven fortified townhouses/castles
of Dalkey. The castles were built to store the goods which
were off-loaded in Dalkey during the Middle Ages, when
Dalkey acted as the port for Dublin. 
With Live Theatre Performances as part of Guided Tour in Castle/Town House, Dalkey Castle offer great fun and engagement for young families and those young at heart alike with professional actors!

Take a walk from the Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel through
Killiney Hill Park down to the Vico Bathing.
Enjoy a beautiful coastal walk from Killiney to Dalkey and visit old fishing harbours of Collimore (overlooking Dalkey Island) and Bullock.

Discover the extraordinary views from Killiney Hill

Killiney Hill is a popular destination for walkers
and hikers availing of the spectacular views, over the surrounding areas: Dublin to the northwest, the Irish Sea to the east and south east and Bray Head and the
Wicklow Mountains to the south. Crowned by an obelisk
153 metres above the foot of the hill, walkers can
explore the Dalkey Quarry, café and playground
en route around the stunning Killiney Hill.
